Welcome to my reviews and ratings of the Novis Vita Juicer, this is quite an expensive little machine so I’m going to go over it’s features and benefits to see if it’s worth the hefty price tag.
This is a machine developed in Switzerland and you know how the Swiss likes to make good quality products, in fact this machine is backed up by a 10 year warranty. So what exactly is it? It’s a juicer, it’s a citrus extractor, and it’s a smoothie maker all in one!
Powered by a 240 watt motor base, it comes with a citrus reamer which runs at 150rpm and is used to make citrus juice, the centrifuge runs at 2000rpm and is used to make smoothies and juice.
Besides being a tad bit expensive this is a great machine for people who are starting a healthier juicing lifestyle.

What Produce Can You Juice?
The NOVIS Vita Juicer can handle just about any fruits and vegetables you throw into it. But if we’re talking about the best juice yield then it works best for citrus fruits, hard fruits, and fibrous vegetables.
Some examples include oranges, grapefruit, apples, pears, pineapple, grapes, peach, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and many more. You can also juice leafy greens like kale, spinach, wheat grass, but it wouldn’t produce the best yield.
You can also put on the puree attachment and put in some strawberries, bananas, peaches, to create a puree or smoothie.
How Much Juice Do You Get?
On the NOVIS Vita Juicer sales page it says it yields 20% more juice than ordinary juicers, so even though this is one heck of an expensive juicer at least you’ll be getting back your money in the form of more juice.
The citrus reamer works great because the motor spins it for you, how much juice you get from that depends on how ripe your fruit is and how hard you push down.
The centrifugal juicer spins at 2000rpm and at such high speed it wouldn’t produce as much juice as a much slower masticating juicer, but the advantage is that you’ll get your juice really quickly and within seconds you’ll have a big cup of juice.
Although the NOVIS Vita Juicer can produce green juice from ingredients such as wheat grass, kale, spinach, and all that, the juice yield would be inferior to that of a masticating juicer which is one that grinds the produce down at a slow pace to squeeze out every drop. A centrifugal juicer is too fast and so it may not do a complete job.
Cleaning Up All Those Parts
Cleaning up is easy peasy because all the parts are BPA free and you can chuck it in the dishwasher or rinse it under the sink. There may be some bits of pulp stuck in some nooks and crannies of the components, so you may want to invest in a cleaning brush to make sure you clean it properly.

Is The NOVIS Vita Juicer Worth Buying?
If you’re looking for a versatile machine that have 3 in 1 functionality and can make juice, smoothies, and extract citrus fruits, and you don’t mind spending top dollar for a high quality product, then the NOVIS Vita Juicer might be right for you.
One of the things I love most is how easy it is to use. It only has one button (on/off switch) and is fool proof to use, it only has a few parts and they’re all BPA free and dishwasher safe, and it looks really simple and has a modern design that’ll compliment any kitchen.
Despite having a premium price tag, it’s a superior juice and smoothie machine backed by many years of warranty. It’s safe to say that it’s built to last and therefore it makes for a great long term investment for serious juicing and smoothie enthusiasts.
The NOVIS Vita Juicer is kind of a luxury juicer for rich people. If you’re on a tighter budget then you might want to go for something a bit more affordable such as the Breville BJE200XL Compact Juicer which is great for extracting juices from juicy fruits like melons, oranges, apples, pears, etc.
If you’re mainly looking to make green juices from leafy greens like kale, spinach, sprouts, wheat grass, etc. then centrifugal juicers will not create very good yield, instead you should go for a masticating juicer like the Omega J8006 Juicer.
